Entry requirements for Grenada
You can visit Grenada without a visa.
Your passport must have an expiry date at least 6 months after the date you arrive.
On entry, you will be allowed to stay for a maximum period of 3 months.
Make sure the border control officer puts a stamp in your passport, as without it you'll be considered an illegal visitor.
It is illegal to overstay the entry period or to work without a work permit.
Good to know:
If arriving from a country listed as a yellow fever transmission risk, you must have a certificate proving you've had a yellow fever vaccination.
You must declare any goods that may be prohibited or subject to tax or duty to customs on arrival.
Safety in Grenada
Grenada is tourist-friendly but has some key cultural and legal rules:
Do not dress in camouflage clothing, as it is illegal for anyone, including children.
Be aware that currents can be strong at beaches, and not all have lifeguards, so get local advice before swimming.
Agree the taxi fare in local currency with the driver before you set off to avoid being overcharged.
Make sure your accommodation is secure, including if you're staying on a yacht.
Avoid isolated areas, including beaches, after dark.
